NEW NEW NEW ………… Mini-Workshops Before the Meeting!

 Before most meetings, the Chelmsford Quilters Guild will be hosting a mini workshop. The subjects will vary, and suggestions are welcome.

In November, Melissa Dawson will be showing us how to make the Christmas card holder that she brought to show and tell in September.  demonstration/workshop will begin at 6.00pm.  Be on time - we only have a half hour to work.  We will have the microphone available so it will be easier to hear Melissa.

 Other workshop ideas include painting on fabric with Debbie Janes, and gluing your binding with Carol Smith and B. Foote­–Lacroix (your bindings come out straight and perfect — I need this lesson).  We will also do a workshop on diagonal sets — i.e., how to put your blocks on point.

 Remember, if you want to participate, be there at 6:00 p.m., in your chair and ready to work.   You do not have to bring anything with you for this workshop.  We will break at 6:30 and move the tables back in place for the regular meeting.
