Where is your favorite vacation spot? Where do you dream of traveling to? A lazy week on a small lake or riding a scooter in Rome? Create a fabric image telling us about it.

Think of the elements, landmarks, or details that best convey the mood of that place and include them in the image.

Label should include where you are sending this greeting from, when you were there last (even if it was only in your imagination!), and a brief message.

Example: From the International Space Station, Observation Lounge – May 2060. Dear Jamie, wow – it has been quite a month here at the ISS. I will write more later – right now I have to get ready for my dinner with the Ambassador from Neptune.

You may use any techniques you wish to complete the top. However the piece must be quilted and not tied.

The finished outside measurement should not exceed 80” in total.

Entries are due at the March 2009 meeting.
