The Guild Vice President's responsibilities include the following:

Assist the President as required
Run the meeting when the President is absent
Send "get well" and "condolence" cards as necessary to a guild member or her family

If anyone knows of a member who would appreciate receiving a get well card or has experienced a death in the family, please let the Vice President know either via phone or email.

Treasurer

The Treasurer is responsible for maintaining the guild budget and keeping records of all banking transactions. The Treasurer is responsible for paying CQG bills and reimbursing members for Guild related expenses and budgeted items when adequate documentation (e.g. receipts) is provided.
